About Me

Art Toye: I came from Vancouver, Canada and went to University of British Columbia majoring in Accounting and Business Administration. I obtained my professional designation as a Chartered Accountant in Canada and became a CPA in California. I worked for a public accounting firm, a hotel and for a financial planning corporation. After moving to Los Angeles, in 1984, I obtained my California real estate license and started with a local real estate office. In my first year I was the top rookie and the top agent in the second, later became an assistant manager. During that time I learned how to sail at UCLA and became a sail instructor, where I still teach kids to sail today. During the 1990s I became an expert in selling short pays and working with real estate investors. I obtained my pilot license out of Santa Monica Airport and currently a member Civil Air Patrol which is an Axillary of the US Airforce search and rescue. I have also obtained my California Broker license and I have chosen to work with Keller Williams Realty which is the fastest growing Real Estate Company on the Westside.
